Little Warriors: Kids’ Yoga & Mindfulness Group
This summer, give your child the space to grow strong in body and mind with our Little Warriors group at the Cornwell Center in Myers Park. Designed for kids ages 6–9, this 6-week series combines yoga, mindfulness, and confidence-building activities in a supportive, trusting environment.
Join us at The Grove this summer for a afternoons filled with joy, learning, and so much fun! These camps are designed for children ages 4-7 years old. All camps are Monday through Thursday from 1pm-4pm.
Summer Camp at The Grove
Rainbows & Gratitude: June 16-19
Get ready for a vibrant week of movement, mindfulness, and creativity! Each day, we’ll explore a different color of the rainbow through yoga, art, and sensory play. Kids will stretch and flow in themed yoga sessions, create colorful crafts, and engage in fun hands-on activities that spark curiosity and joy. Through mindfulness exercises, we’ll also explore emotions and how colors can help us express our feelings. It’s a bright and playful adventure your little one won’t want to miss!
Superhero Yoga: July 7-10
Calling all superheroes! In this action-packed camp, kids will embark on exciting yoga adventures inspired by their favorite heroes. Through fun movement, breathing exercises, and teamwork games, they’ll discover their own inner strength, courage, and kindness. Each day features a new “superpower” like balance, focus, and mindfulness, along with creative crafts and storytelling. Join us for a week of heroic fun where every child gets to be the superhero of their own story!
Kindergarten Prep: August 4-8
Designed for little learners getting ready for preschool or kindergarten, this camp blends yoga, mindfulness, and early learning in a fun and engaging way. Kids will build confidence, social skills, and early literacy through movement, games, and hands-on activities. We’ll practice taking turns, following directions, and exploring phonics in playful ways—helping children feel excited and prepared for their next big adventure in school. A perfect mix of fun and foundational skills!
